Fishr Support

For app problems, billing questions, feedback, accessibility issues, or privacy requests, email us.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Fishr version, and a short description of what happened. Do not email catch photos, exact fishing coordinates, API keys, passwords, or payment-card details.

Subscriptions and refunds

Manage or cancel Fishr Pro in iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Apple handles App Store billing and refund decisions. You can restore an active purchase from Fishr’s paywall or Settings.

Identification problems

Use a clear, well-lit photo with the whole fish visible and minimal obstruction. Fishr supports only species in the active catalogue. Always verify important identifications independently.

Privacy requests

You can export or delete local catch data from Fishr Settings. For questions about processor-held analytics, subscription, or diagnostic records, email us and state that your message is a privacy request.
